Bourbon Salted Caramel
We love cheesecake(who doesn't?). We also love bourbon. Pairing the two together, melded with a creamy browned coconut sugar caramel, seemed like a no brainer to us.
Our phenomenal healthy fat, high fiber crust is the base for a creamy, dense salted caramel cheesecake with a splash of Michigan bourbon. Our signature drizzle tops it off with the aforementioned bourbon coconut caramel and some fair trade extra dark chocolate. Finally, some flaked Maldon sea salt dusts the entire cheesecake.
You might need a night in alone with this one. Don't say we didn't warn you.
